Order & Shipping 

When will I receive my order?

The treatment of your order, the manufacturing of the product, requires our team 10 to 15 working days. But please be aware that for some countries (South America, Russia, Eastern and some Southern Europe countries), the shipping carriers may take more time to deliver your parcel, in most cases the deliveries for these countries take 20 to 25 business days. We give our maximum for you to receive your order as fast as possible without compromising the quality of our products.

I have not received all the products ordered.

If you made an order of more than one items, it may have been sent separately, due to the available stock. Do not worry, you'll be receiving them very quickly.

I have not received my order.

A problem with your delivery service? Lost, broken, destroyed parcel? 

With our secure delivery, Tokyo Streetwear® takes care of the disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not pass the blame on to the delivery service by letting you "manage". We assume full responsibility by immediately returning a new package to you at our expense.

Cancellation & Refunds

Can I modify my order?

Yes, as long as your order is not "in process".

Can I cancel my order?

Of course, the cancellation of an order is possible as long as the order hasn't been shipped yet. But if your order is under preparation, therefore the cancellation fee is 40% of the item's price.

On the opposite, the cancellation of an order that has already been shipped is not possible.

Can I return my order for refund or replacement?

Due to the production method that we use, we cannot accept any returns. We only replace items, if they're defective or if you've received a wrong item.

All of our items are under strict quality controls before shipping. However, if your item is subject to any manufacturing default, then please send us the following informations at contact@tokyo-streetwear.com

*Please be advised that if one of the requested elements is missing it'll not be possible for us to process your request.

We will examine the case and notify you via email, within a reasonable amount of time, whether you're entitled to a refund or a replacement.

 My clothing is too small.

All of our textiles are accompanied with a specific size chart, which helps our clients to avoid such inconvenience. For each of our items, our team has given its all to add the corresponding commentary for each description. Therefore, the buyer is fully responsible for his clothing being too small or too large.

However, we know that buying such an item can cause frustration. Hence, do not hesitate to contact our support team at contact@tokyo-streetwear.com, we will do our best to satisfy your needs (eventually by offering a compensation, for example)

Are my informations secure?

The "HTTPS" present in the URLs of our shop testifies to the quality of our services. The HTTPS is the variant of the "http" secured by the use of SSL / TLS protocols. HTTPS is used to protect financial transactions from merchant sites. As e-merchants, we are aware that the use of SSL is becoming essential nowadays. It's the best way to protect your data and protect yourself from hackers or identity theft.

Visually, the SSL certificate is represented by a padlock that appears in the URL bar of the web browser. It is also represented by an "s" which means "secure" and which is added to the "http" protocol on the website in the address bar.
